To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our cancellation policy below: Acquiring Food: All food for the demonstration will be sourced and prepared by our team. We look forward to accommodating your menu so you can explore all of the benefits available to you with this awesome equipment! Please be courteous about cancelling/rescheduling so we do not waste food. Rescheduling/Cancellation: If you need to reschedule or cancel your test kitchen demonstration, please contact Josh or DJ at 513-442-4009 and we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time. We require a minimum of a 24-hour notice prior to your showing for any cancellations and rescheduling.
